For Ava, With Love
(mini-series):

Based on the novel by Linda M. Durrad... Set mainly in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, we are taken on an intimate journey as the author opens her heart and courageously invites us to view her unique life portrait. This is a moving and heartrending tale of a group of souls whose emotional psyches were, at the start of their young lives, affected by death, ravaged by war and ruined by parental indulgence. It is the account of how their romantic decisions and religious influences shaped not only their lives but also left indelible prints on those of their offspring. And finally, it is the ultimate proof that miracles do happen and that awaiting us all, if only we insist on it, is profound joy.

Legatum (mini-series):

Based on the novel by L.L. Brunk... Excruciating pain is something Nicholas must daily endure while resisting his desires, through constant exercise of self control. The suffering he could cause others would be substantially worse if he were to ever lose his tenacity to resist. His temptations have grown significantly worse after an encounter with a starved and obsessed Succubus named Delilah. Nicholas has now become her most sought after conquest; and she will not cease her intent in capturing his heart and devotion. Nicholas embarks on a journey, ignited by what he feels is the necessity to flee from Delilah's grasp, in his fear for the safety of others. He discovers an unusual world during his journey, far stranger than he could have ever imagined. A world where the unanswered questions he's always longed for, start to unveil more than just who and what he really is. Nicholas is no longer a day dreaming child full of delusions, but he is a man embarking on his own Odyssey and ready to discover his purpose. He wasn't just simply running away as far as he could from Delilah, the truth was far more complicated. He sees the opportunity to get to what he believed to be the source of all his suffering, the place where the story of what he was began; The Cradle of Life. You are invited to take a journey into this literary world that will steadily become clearer to you the deeper you dive, and if you pay attention you'll discover answers to some of the philosophical questions we have in our own world today.

Down the Living Spine of India  (mini-series):

Based on the story by Peter Lawton... The author travelled 1400 kilometres from the Tapi/Tapti River in Gujarat, to the southern tip of India's Western Ghats, riding the gauntlet of flooded roads, klaxon blaring traffic, and low flying crows - on a 25 year-old, two wheeled jeep. Covering 15,000 kms in two years, with only one puncture, a loose cable, a snapped spring - and benign tusker. Motorcycle travellers, or cyclists planning to ride India might be inspired by this one.

The Arsonist  (mini-series):

Her husband Hemant Deshmukh is shattered. He moans and weeps asking her "Why? Why did you do this?" However, Deshmukh insists that she set herself on fire. When the body is taken away, he is able to remove the pan of half-mixed flour. He realises she could not possibly commit suicide in the middle of kneading dough. The accident is investigated by Inspector Nath since it falls into his police area. Maya's cousin Avinash, unprepared to accept Nath's report, decides to get the help of Abraham Catchik Eknath, who lives in Bombay and runs a detective agency. Is Maya just another victim of a rigid and unchanging patriarchal system in orthodox Indian families where appalling incidents occur?
